A.R.E. has expanded its line of truck cap and tonneau cover accessories with the Prop Light, a new pin-switch activated LED light that mounts inside a fiberglass tonneau cover or truck cap.
A.R.E.’s Prop Light can be used with any tonneau cover, truck cap or toolbox equipped with type 16-2 gas springs (gas springs that have a 19mm tube body diameter and an M6 thread on the piston rod).

A.R.E. has announced the availability of solar-powered keyless entry to its line of fiberglass tonneau covers.
The Sol-A-Ray solar-powered keyless entry system allows drivers to remotely lock and unlock A.R.E.’s LSX and LSII tonneau covers using solar energy, giving users quick access to their truck beds. Sol-A-Ray works by mounting an aerodynamic solar panel measuring less than one-tenth of an inch above the tonneau cover’s lock and attaching a sleek battery pack to the inside center of the cover.
