They explained that they would not release the cap until it was perfect. They had to send it back 2 times and still not happy but got tired of dealing with the bs. Would never buy ARE again. Should’ve went with another brand. Called and complained and they said it’s warranty and can be repaired, I told them it’s not warranty I bought and paid for BRAND NEW cap and not to be sent back twice to fix it and never took delivery of it.
