Z Series Z Series : September 21, 2020    Posted by: Bo I have purchased 3 ARE bed covers and spent almost $10,000 and each has had nothing but problems. 1) The cap leaked and had to be sent back twice 2) the cover was delivered in December but was not covered or wrapped when it arrived the inside lining was covered with salt and dirt. The window shocks, light, lock cable all rusted by spring and I had to replace them all at a cost o another $500. When I talked with ARE customer service they told me that it was "my problem since they did not guarantee the delivery condition 3) The last one delive3d a month ago had been damaged by what I suspect was their forklift when loading. The bent the front sliding window frame and now it leaks and need to be replaced. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. This has coccured over 10 years and there seems to be no end to their lax quality standards. Z Series Z Series : Toyota Tacoma March 04, 2011    Posted by: Bo I'm quite happy with cap that I purchased in '07 and now have used for 4 years. I've previously owned other toppers, but this one is by far the best looking/quality one I've purchased so far. What convinced me to purchase the product was the way the cap fit over the box sides making it look like a natural fit and enhanced the look of the truck.
