Great looking and functional. I took my truck in for some repair work and the shop owner was impressed with the cap. My only issue, and its not with A.R.E, is that no one seems to make a full size cap boot anymore. The 24x16 does obstruct the rear view.

I thought the materials used to make the V series cap for my Ram 1500 were very good. It was also a good fit and a perfect color match to my truck. There is a lot of tension on the rear window gate. Due to that it is hard to close with one hand because it wants to snap close and easy to pinch your fingers or hand. That was the only negative I could state about it. I bought my cap at Truck Trends in Belmont, NH. They installed it and wired it in under an hour while I waited. The cap is a good product at a good price.

So far, I'm delighted with the cap. The paint match was excellent, I get raves from friends when they see it. I got the carpet lining as a bonus and am very happy with that. Idea...I replaced the bolts in the clamps with threaded eye bolts and now have 6 convenient tie-down eyes for cargo.
