I purchased the truck then the LSII Series Tonneau Cover. After ordering it, I waited until it was delivered and installed. A VERY PROFESSIONAL individual, Steve Austin, explained the different types of covers and I made a decision. This will be the second cover I have purchased from CAP WORLD. In 2000 I purchased one for my Chevrolet 1500 and was super satisfied with it. Thank you!

When I ordered my top I was told it would be in 6 to 8 weeks. It came in in 10 weeks. the big problem was that ARE did not send the clips to mount the top. Which to me was a big screw up. they would drop ship them in 5 days. I am leaving in 2 days for 2 weeks. Need top to cover my tools. Thanks to See Mor they borrowed clips from another customers top. This is my second ARE top. I understand the times that we are in are very trying. But no clips is a MAJOR screw up.

Very unsatisfied with my new cap. The front of the cap leaks water had to go back to dealer to have it removed and more foam tape installed. Dealer making excuses saying it something to do with truck. Ken at gamlens said all I can do it put more tape on it. That’s what he did. Drove the truck in the rain a few days later it still leaking water in the front. When arrived home I got in the back of the truck and both side Windoors are leaking at the top of the window frame. Water dripping in. So now I have to return to dealer again so he can remove windoor’s and reseal them. Very very unhappy. I paid top $ for this cap. I talked to a person that had same year truck with a different brand cap. There’s don’t leak. Very very unsatisfied.
