Life time. Warranty NOT, my shell is on a 2006 chevrolet never taking off I hand wash the all the time so the clear coat started to peeling contacted are toppers and Jordan campers where I bought it are said I did not take care of my shell. No matter what if I seen this a month ago you would have said thing I'm very disappointed in your life time nothing. I did take of my equipment this truck has 88,000 miles on it the paint is a 06 it looks better then your 2015 topper you need to back your Warranty. So what you lost one Icustomer. There is a lot of network out there.thanks for nothing ARE

 Wrong finished product, abysmal customer service

They messed up the camper shell, and were uncooperative with my dealership in resolving it. Customer service was rude. Huge peice tage for a no help with their own error

 2 month old canopy has failed and ARE will make this your problem ! Buy a different brand

2 month old canopy and it leaks enough to destroy a bunch of drywall and work tools causing mold in my bed. ARE has been extremely rude about it and keeps telling me I can only go threw the selling dealer or their "network" of dealers can charge me whatever they want to fix it. If i buy a chevy truck and take it to a "chevy" dealer for work under warranty because I was sold something that is malfunctioning or broken straight from the factory they don't tell me "you didn't buy truck at this dealership therefore your repair is going to cost "$$$$.00" they back their products and if there is a problem they fix it. So do most manufactures i have ever delt with but not ARE if there is a problem and you can't get it to the exact store where you purchased it then get ready to $$ pay because it is now your problem. On top of that the ARE rep I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude about it refusing to answer any questions about there being any way I could just fix the canopy and just repeating "we don't talk to customers only dealers about issues with our canopies" .... Well great because the dealer wants 150.00 an hour to look at my canopy and then if it needs to go back another 3 to 4 hours to ship it back, total garbage that ARE won't stand behind its product and absorb the cost of selling and shipping a BAD one or repairing the defective one.
