 $3400 Disappointment

Truly disappointed! $3500 disappointment. I bought a bedrug, and a topper, the tape on the bedrug started coming off within the first week. and the topper leaks. this is not my first topper, or bedrug I have owned. A previous topper, I purchased from a competitor, leaked I brought it in and they fixed it while I waited. these guys could have cared less. they made excuses and blew off my concerns. Lesson learned I quess.

 It leaks

Purchased the v cap for my ford maverick . The first rain storm it leaks around the seals it was installed at truxoutfitters . It’s an expensive item . I was hoping it was not going to be this bad so soon . As per are I need to go back to the purchasing dealer 60 miles away to have it resealed or add more material. This makes some sense but if they didn’t get it right the first time what makes them think it going to be made right the second time . My concern is since this is new style pickup there maybe a certain way to seal it that the installer doesn’t know about. I asked are what happens if it’s not right can I go to another installer . They said yes but the cost is on me! Cap looks great but not impressed with the fit or customer service
