 Bad Fit

Bought a MX cap with the walk through door. we like the cap except for the fit of the back door which allows water into the bed .The dealer said that nothing could be done. he also said all caps leak. Which I believe not true. Who ever made the mold for walk through door didn't get it right. If I would of known that the fit was that bad I would of went else where to spend my $4300.00 What will your company do to resolve this problem.

 Great Looks and a Great Gas Saver

We purchased the ARE Topper (w/carpet) for our 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 to go camping and have some extra security for our things. We did not realize until we went on a trip and checked our gas mileage log. We had increased 4-5 mpg above the 10-11 mpg we were getting before the install. What a blessing that is! Not only looking Great it was saving us in gas on our trips and in-town! The owner and crew at Northside Truck Center in Lebanon, PA treated us just like family. We couldn't have asked for better service. We highly recommend ARE Toppers. Go buy one today!

 DCU Cap and Kargomaster ladder rack

I recently purchased a DCU cap and Kargo Master ladder rack for my personal truck based on an identical one that was on a company truck I had. The first one delivered to the dealer was incorrect (solid passenger side- door missing). Once the 2nd one was installed, I was pleased. The only issue was, after driving home from the 2nd installation, the passenger side door rubbed the rear leg of the ladder rack when opening it. I nudged the leg rearward with a block and a sledge, but it wouldn't have even been an issue if the passenger side cap door was just 1" shorter (still centered on the cap, would give 1/2" clearance- MORE than enough). Otherwise, the cap and rack are everything I expected and function perfectly for my needs.
